Nine stages, one responsibility

From the first estimate to the final polish, with nothing changing hands.

How we work

Specialists in design, we work with practices, architects and interior designers in Italy and around the world.

Together with craftsmen and technicians trained on each material — chosen one by one — we give every project its own signature. Every stage stays in house: it is the only way to guarantee that the result matches the drawing.

01 / 09 Analysis and cost estimate
Stage 01

Analysis and cost estimate

We assess timing, materials and budget before the project starts. An honest estimate at the outset avoids surprises on site and lets you choose the right material for the money.

  • Technical and financial feasibility
  • Material alternatives at comparable effect
  • Outline schedule
Stage 02

On-site surveys

Millimetric measurements taken directly on site with digital instruments. We record out-of-square walls, level differences and real tolerances: stone forgives no approximation.

  • Instrumental survey and templating
  • Checks on services and drainage
  • Digital record of every measurement
Stage 03

Technical drawings

Shop drawings, setting-out plans and cut optimisation. We study the run of the veining slab by slab, so the pattern of the marble continues from one piece to the next.

  • Production drawings
  • Book matching and continuity of veining
  • Waste optimisation
Stage 04

Renderings

Photorealistic previews before anything is cut. You see the finished space with the chosen material, finish and real lighting: deciding on a rendering costs far less than deciding on a slab already worked.

  • High-resolution interior renderings
  • Comparison of materials and finishes
  • Sign-off with the end client
Stage 05

Engineering

We turn the idea into a technical solution: thicknesses, supporting structures, bonding, lightweight backing, joints. This is the stage that decides whether a project holds up over time.

  • Thickness and load calculations
  • Anchoring systems and substructures
  • Construction details and joints
Stage 06

Production

Precision work on CNC machinery alongside hand finishing: cutting, milling, recesses, bush-hammering, washbasins carved from the solid block.

  • CNC and waterjet cutting
  • Inlays, mouldings and complex profiles
  • Work carved from solid stone
Stage 07

Logistics and shipping

Safe, punctual delivery worldwide. Bespoke packing, A-frames, customs handling: the piece reaches the site intact and in the right order for installation.

  • Dedicated packing and A-frames
  • International shipping
  • Staggered deliveries by installation phase
Stage 08

Installation

Expert installation by qualified fitters. The same people who carried out the survey handle the installation: whoever took the measurement knows why that piece is made the way it is.

  • Specialised in-house teams
  • Floors, cladding, staircases and worktops
  • Inlays and metal inserts
Stage 09

Polishing and finishes

Treatments that bring out the stone and protect it: lead polishing, honing, brushing, bush-hammering, stain-resistant impregnation. And periodic maintenance, if you want it.

  • Polishing, honing, brushing
  • Water and oil repellent treatments
  • Scheduled maintenance
